  1. Firstly, you need to visit the official website of the Bhoomi RTC Karnataka, then the homepage of the web portal will open as shown below-

  2. To register yourself click on the Create Account option present under the login section of the homepage.
  3. Now registration form will open, Enter all the details asked such as-

      • Create password

Department has started an online facility to apply for mutation extract and get original RTC by paying online Rs.15/-. To apply you need to follow the east steps give below:

  1. First, you need to visit the official website of the land record portal of the Bhoomi RTC Karnataka, then the homepage of the web portal will open.
  2. Now scroll and search and click on the “Choose The Online Document You Need To Download” here you will see two options i.e
      • “RTC” or
      • “mutation extract”
  3. Click on the “get application” option provided under the Mutation extract or RTC as per your preference.
  4. If you are a registered user then login else click the created account option.

  1. First, you need to visit the official website

  4. Now select the “Get Your Missed i-RTC” option then press the Click Here to get Missed RTC button.
  5. Finally, enter the order number then click the get the i-RTC option.

  1. First, you need to visit the official website.
  2. Now click on the RTC XML verification option available under the services menu.
  3. Now a new window will open where you need to enter the reference number, then click on get RTC data.

Procedure To Apply For Conversion

  1. First, you need to visit the official website.
  2. Now click on the Apply for conversion option available under the services menu.
  3. Now you need to enter your username, password, and captcha code, then click on the login button.
  4. Now a form will open where you need to enter all the needed in this form After that click on submit button.

Procedure To Download Final Conversion Order

  1. First, you need to visit the official website.
  2. Now click on the download final conversion order option available under the services menu.
  3. Now select the search category either  Id wise or survey number wise
  4. After that, enter the required detail as per your search category.
  5. Finally, click on the fetch details option, and the final conversion order will open on your computer screen.

Procedure to View Conversion Request Status

  1. First, you need to visit the official website.
  2. Now click on the Conversion request status option available under the services menu.
  3. Now select the search category either affidavit ID or user ID.
  4. After that, enter the required detail as per your search category.
  5. Finally, click on the search button then the Conversion request status will open on your computer screen.
