The HRMS SBI portal has introduced a pension system for retired employees (SBI Pension Portal) In 2017. It allowed the pensioners to access and check their pension details through SBI Pension Portal.

HRMS SBI portal gives you three types of services to the SBI employees as described below-

• SAP (System Analysis & Programming): Succession planning, performance appraisals, competency assessment, capital management, career development, property management, and virtual classrooms.
• IRJ: this will notify you about all updates of SBI, like check SBI payslips, HRMS Pay Slip, recruitment programs, promotional schemes,  and others
• SBI Coin: this will allows you to get information about SBI pension slips, pension plans, and retirement plans.

Process of SBI HRMS Login

1. Firstly you need to visit the official website of HRMS SBI Portal hrms.onlinesbi.com, now the homepage of HRMS Online SBI will open. as shown below-
   
2. Here you need to click on the Login button available on the top right corner of the homepage.
   
3. Enter your username, password.
4. Finally, enter the captcha code then click on the  Login button to complete the process of SBI HRMS Login.

If you want to download the HRMS pay slip (salary slip) or pension slips, then you need to follow the easy steps given below-

1. Firstly you need to visit the official website of the HRMS Online SBI Portal, now the homepage of HRMS Online SBI will open.
2. Now you need to complete the process of SBI HRMS Login ( as explained above ).
3. After the successful login, the online user dashboard will open as shown below.
   
4. In the online user dashboard following options are available–
   • Earnings / Salary,
   • PF/Pension/Gratuity
   • My Home.
5. Here you need to click on the  Pension Related Services
6. Now it will redirect you to a new SBI page as shown below.
   
7. On this newly opened page, you need to select the year and month to view their HRMS pay slip.
8. As soon as you select the respective yeas and month then the HSMS pay slip or pension slips of the applicant will open on your computer/mobile screen.
   
9. You can download these pensioner slips or HRMS Pay slip in pdf format and also can take a printout.

Procedure to View Transaction History

If you want to view the transaction history of the salary Slip or pension pay slips, then you need to follow the easy steps given below-

1. Firstly you need to visit the official website of HRMS Online SBI Portal hrms.onlinesbi.com, now the homepage of HRMS Online SBI will open.
2. Now you need to complete the process of SBI HRMS Login ( as explained above ).
3. After the successful login, the online user dashboard will open as shown below.
4. Now you need to click on the Click on the Pension/Pay slips option available on the dashboard.
5. The pensioners can also check the transaction history of their pay slips accordingly to the year and months they want.

Resetting forgot password

if you forget or lose your password then you just need to follow the easy steps given below to reset/recover your password-

1. Firstly you need to visit the official website of HRMS Online SBI Portal hrms.onlinesbi.com, now the homepage of HRMS Online SBI will open.
2. Here you need to click on the Login button available on the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Click on “Forget Password”.
   
4. You will see another window, where you need to enter these details –
   • your user ID
   • date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY)
5. Now select the OTP verification method ( Mobile or Email).
6. Click on generate OTP option then enter the OTP to verify your identity.
7. After successful verification, you can create your new password and you can log in to the HRMS account again.
