A new application named “CSMCL Online Liquor Delivery ” has been announced by the government of Chhattisgarh which will directly deliver liquor to the homes of the applicants.

Certain guidelines need to be followed for booking CSMCL online liquor through the application:

• Delivery of alcohol will be done only between 9 AM to 8 PM at night. The delivery of liquor will be unavailable before 9 AM in the morning and after 8 PM at night.
• Customers will have to choose their preferred brand and price while ordering the liquor.
• Alcohol will be delivered to the customers who live within a range of 15 kilometers from the shop they are buying from. If the customer is ordering from out of the 15 kilometers range from the shop, then the shop can charge an extra amount of Rs. 100-120 per order.
• The customer will have to pay online through online transactions.

1. Once the CSMCL Online Liquor app is installed on the phone, you now have to open the app to book the liquor.
2. After the app is opened, you will have to click on the CSMCL Online Registration button so as to register themselves on the portal of the Chhattisgarh Government.
3. For the registration, the customer will have to enter the following details:-
   • Full Name.
   • Aadhaar Card Number.
   • Mobile Number.
4. After entering the details, the customer will have to create a new password.
5. The age limit is 18 years. So the customer will have to enter their age also which will be verified by their Aadhaar number.
6. Finally, the customer will have to click on the Register
7. An OTP will be sent on the registered number, which needs to be entered on the page and it will be redirected after clicking on the register button.
8. Once the registration is done, the customer will have to log in using the registered mobile number and the password.
   
9. Now the customer gets to select their preferred brand of liquor or beer or wine. The prices of liquor, wine, beer will be shown in front of the respective brand.
10. Now the customer will have to enter their complete address where the liquor needs to be delivered along with the pin and nearest landmark.
11. And now the customer will have to make the online payment for their delivery of alcohol using any online payment method as given below-
    • Debit Card.
    • Credit Card.
    • UPI.
    • Internet Banking.
12. After making the online payment via any of the modes available, the customer will have to click on Place Order

Check CSMCL online Liquor Delivery Status

In order to check the status of your order, you will have to follow the steps given below:-

• First and foremost, the customer will have to open the CSMCL Online app again.
• Now the customer will have to enter their registered mobile number along with the password.
• After this, the customer will have to click on the My Order
• And hence, it will display the CSMCL Online Liquor Status of the orders placed by the customer.
