Odisha state government has launched the Kalia Yojana for small and medium farmers. KALIA stands for Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation, implementation of Kalia Yojana, many benefits will be available to the farmers of Odisha including an incentive for rupees 5000. The farmers who were not having their own lands will be provided with separate benefits.

Odisha Kalia Yojana Application Form 2022

The Yojana was launched by the Odisha government for all the farmers of the Odisha state. With the implementation of this scheme, many benefits will be available to the farmers of Odisha including an incentive for rupees 5000. The farmers who were not having their own lands will be provided with separate benefits.

Objective Of KALIA Yojana

Benefits

• An incentive of Rs 5000 will be given to the farmers of Odisha.
• A total amount of Rs. 25,000 will be provided to the farmers of Odisha.
• The money will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the farmers of Odisha.
• All the landless farmers of Odisha will receive 12, 500 annually.
• A life insurance policy of Rs. 2 lakh at a premium payment of Rs. 330 is made available for the farmers of Odisha.
• All the farmers of Odisha will also get an accidental coverage of Rs. 2 lakhs at a premium of Rs. 12

Comprehensive Assistance for Cultivation

Farmers of Odisha state will get financial assistance of Rs. 25000/- per family over five seasons. This assistance will be given to small and marginal farmers of Odisha. The financial assistance will be provided Rs.5000/- per season for the purchase of inputs for farming like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and use assistance towards labor and other investments.

Comprehensive Assistance for Livelihood

Landless agricultural households will get financial help of Rs.12500/- per household. This assistance will be given for agricultural activities for example small goat rearing units, duckery units, fishery kits for fishermen, mushroom cultivation and bee-keeping, etc. This benefit specially launched for the SC/ ST category people of Odisha state.

Assistance for Vulnerable Agricultural Household

Through this, scheme agricultural labors who are not able to take up cultivation due to old age, having disability/disease or other reasons will also get financial help of Rs.10000.

Life Insurance for Farmers

Farmers of Odisha state will get Life insurance of Rs. 2.00 lakh, the premium amount of Life insurance is Rs.330/- (Rs.165 of the premium paid by the Odisha government ). Insurance cover will be given to all savings bank account holders of age between 18-50 years. Not only life insurance farmers will also get a Personal accident cover of up to Rs.2 lakh. The premium amount of accident cover is Rs. 12/-( Rs. 6/- will be paid by the government). For the people of age is in between 51-70 years for a premium of Rs.12 will be paid by the government of Odisha.

Interest-Free Crop Loan

vulnerable landless laborers, cultivators, sharecroppers, and agricultural families which are identified by the Gram Panchayats will get crop loan up to Rs.50000/- without any interest.

Eligibility Criteria 

• The Farmer must be a permanent resident of the Odisha state.
• The Farmer must belong to the marginal or small category.
• The Farmer must belong to the BPL category.
• Any farmer who falls under the tax payment structure of India will not be allowed to apply for the kalia scheme.
• If the farmer is working for the state or central government or associated with any PSU department in India then they are not eligible for the scheme.
• The Farmer must have a working bank account.

KALIA Yojana Online Apply

to avail of the benefits of the KALIA scheme, you need to follow the easy simple steps given below

1. Firstly visit the official website of the scheme, now the homepage will open as shown below-
   
2. On the homepage, click on the “online Grievance Application form” available on the top corner right-hand side.
3. Now you will see a new page with instructions on your screen, read the instructions carefully after that click the proceed option.
   
4. On the next page, you will see one question i.e “Do you want to file Grievance?” there will be options available i.e  Yes and No as shown below
   
5. Click on the yes option then a new screen opens on your screen where you need to enter your Aadhar card number.
   
6. Enter your Aadhaar card number and then click on the show option to see the grievance application form.
7. Fill the application form carefully.
8. After that Click on the “submit” option for submitting your application form.
9. You will be provided with a reference token number for further reference.

Procedure to Check Application Status Of Kalia Yojana List

To check the application status you need to follow easy simple steps given below

1. Firstly visit the official website to check the application status.
2. On the homepage, click on the “online Grievance Application form” available on the top corner right-hand side.
3. On the instruction page, you have to click the “track your application” option given in the top right corner.
   
4. Now you need to enter the token number or Aadhaar number and click the show option to check the status of your application.

Check KALIA Yojana List 

you need to follow the steps given below to check the beneficiary list of the KALIA Scheme:

1. Firstly visit the official website to check the application status to check the beneficiary list.
2. Now click on the “Beneficiary list” option from the menu bar given on the home screen.
3. Now you have to select the following option from the dropdown menu i.e district, Block/ ULB, and then GP.
   
4. After that click on the “View” button, you will get a pdf download link as shown below.
5. Then click on the PDF link after that a new tab will open where you have to enter the captcha.
6. After that click on the “Submit” option to download the PDF and the PDF  file will appear on your screen.

Refund Application

1. Firstly visit the official website for a refund application.
2. Now click on the “form” option from the menu and select the “refund application” option from the dropdown menu
3. Now a PDF file appears on your screen.
4. Just “Download” the form and take a print out of it
5. Fill the application form properly and submit it with the required documents to the PACS/GP office.

1. Firstly visit the official website to upload documents.
2. On the homepage, click on “upload documents for self–registered farmers (Pm Kisan)” available on the top corner right-hand side.
3. Now you need to enter your Aadhaar number and click on the show option
4. Now you can upload documents on the portal
5. After completing the process of documents upload click on the submit button for submission.
