The Education Board of Andhra Pradesh state government has developed a new student system named CSE AP (cse.ap.gov.in). This web portal i.e ( https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMS20 (or) https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/) has been designed to accommodate details of the student and school in the Andhra Pradesh state.
With the help of this article, we are going to provide you all the information related to CSE AP such as adding new schools, New student data entry, Child Info 2021, SA1 SA2 CSE mark entry, etc.

Child Info
On the CSE AP portal, Teachers and school heads can access the following details as mentioned below-
- Editing student details.
- New student entry/admission.
- Transfer certificate
- Dropout
- Dropout to active.
- The child’s Aadhaar number details.
- The student is active in dropbox.
- New child insert number Aadhaar number EID.
- Approve schools.
Note- Teachers need to log in using their DISE code and password for several operations.

CSE AP New Student Admissions Process
New student details are easily logged in on the CSE AP portal, to complete the admission process they need to follow the steps given below.
- Firstly you need to visit the Offical website of the student information management system.
- Here you will see and login section (i.e HM/MEO/DEO Login), Enter the school DISE code with the password to complete the login process.
- After login Choose the “services” option.
- Now click on the “new registration form” option for new student registration.
- Enter the child’s Aadhaar number and all other details will open on your screen.
- Now enter the necessary details asked in the registration form carefully then submit it.
Child Info 2021: The student data entry, the addition of new schools, and child info in the UDISE
- Firstly you need to visit the Offical website of the student information management system.
- Select your district.
- Now you will see and login section (i.e HM/MEO/DEO Login), Enter Aadhaar number and the school DISE code with the password and the captcha code,
- Now click On the “child info” it will show you the following information:
- Edit student details
- Active to dropout services.
- TC issued/ dropout.
- New student insert.
- Transfer certificate.
- Now click on the Data Entry option, after that select the TC tab the DB password.
- Now you need to enter the following details to Search for students who take TC from the school i.e
- school name,
- class-6,
- medium,
- gender
- Now provide all the mandatory TC details such as
- date of leaving,
- TC number,
- admission number of students and
- Reason.
- Finally recheck the details and click on the submits button.
How to Enter or Process the AP Summative assessment 1 marks online
If you want to use the CSE AP portal, then you must have a username ( i.e school DISE code) and password (i.e HM phone number or school DISE code).
Process of SA1, SA2 CSE marks entry via CSEAP portal.
- Firstly you need to visit the Offical website of the student information management system.
- Here you will see and login section (i.e HM/MEO/DEO Login), Enter the school DISE code with the password, and captcha code to complete the login process.
- Now select the CSE button, student’s language, class, and click on the “go” button.
- Now choose the student tab and student’s second language mapping then click on the submit button.
- Now Select the CCE and choose the academic performance evaluation option.
- Enter the following details –
- student name,
- class,
- section
- medium name of the assessment.
- Click on the Get data option to proceed.
- Now enter the student name according to the marks, co-curricular activities
- Finally, click on the submit button.
Note- You can also edit the details by choosing the Academic performance evaluation edit Option.
